2019 Nissan GT-R enhanced his reputation as a supercar
The Nissan GT-R is a high-performance sports car nicknamed ‘Godzilla’ that is manufactured by Nissan Motor Company. The Nissan GT-R series of vehicles began production in 2007. Although the 2019 Nissan GT-R represents the brand’s ten-year model, the Nissan GT-R continues to offer unbridled handling and power that has fuelled its reputation as a supercar. The 2019 model will feature substantial updates ranging from its aesthetics, performance and enhanced luxury features.
2019 Nissan GT-R Interior and Exterior
Redesigning of the 2019 model involves tweaking of the exterior body design to sharpen its edges, but still maintaining the trademark GT-R look. The vehicle has a raised beltline and new suspension. These features combine to give the car an enhanced sporty appeal. Regarding performance, the 2017 model features a more powerful engine resulting in more horsepower and torque displacement. Further, the car has a new titanium exhaust system, enhanced suspension and noise reduction features.
The 2019 Nissan GT-R is designed as the traditional two-door, two by two coupe built on Nissan’s Premium Midship platform which is designed to be light but rigid for enhanced handling, and the body is mounted on a set of new twenty-inch forged aluminum wheels. The vehicle’s exterior shall experience a facelift with significant changes with new, uniquely curved and larger V-motion grille, spoiler and front bumper. Wide side sills will be fitted to enhance airflow together with a new rear bumper with air vents carved into it. However, the vehicle will maintain the distinctive four circular taillights. The car’s interior shall be designed to offer an exquisite atmosphere with Nappa leather upholstery characterizing the lush interior. The interior will also be spaciously designed with light front seats and new bolsters to allow for more comfortable long drives. Further, the car’s console region will be newly designed with simpler features and less clutter. It shall have an integrated navigation control system and an 8-inch capacitive touch infotainment system.
2019 Nissan GT-R Engine
The 2017 Nissan GT-R powertrain shall be made up of a 3.8 liter V6 engine that has a twin-turbocharger with 24 valves. This system is capable of producing a horsepower of 565 and a torque displacement of 467 pounds per foot owing to an individual timing control system for every cylinder. 2019 Nissan GT-R the engine system is coupled with a six-speed dual clutch transmission system that delivers power to all four wheels of the vehicle, with priority to the front wheels. It is projected the 2019 Nissan GT-R will accelerate to 60 miles per hour in a little under 2.7 seconds.
2019 Nissan GT-R Release Date and Price
The 2019 Nissan GT-R will be available in the market in the summer of 2018. Therefore, it should be expected anytime from June 2018. The car’s pricing has not been confirmed, but it is anticipated that it will not be less than its predecessor’s $104,000.
